There is an aging issue in Hollywood. Either famous people try to slow down the process by tightening their face or they embrace their old age and let their naturalness jiggle for the world to see. These are the good, the bad and weird “then and now” photos of the most famous people in Tinsel Town.

Cybill Shepherd

Cybill Shepherd was a  film legend by the end of the 1970s. She starred in hits such as The Last Picture Show, Taxi Driver and The Heartbreak Kid. She would go on to star in the TV series Moonlighting in the 80s alongside Bruce Willis and then she had her own show, Cybill in the 90s. Most recently she appeared in The L Word and Psych. The woman is still going strong.

Faye Dunaway

Faye Dunaway played one half of Bonnie and Clyde. From there her career skyrocketed with smash hits like ChinatownMommy Dearest and Network for which she won an Oscar. In her later years she appeared on television shows like Grey’s Anatomy and CSI.

Raquel Welch

Olivia Newton-John

The 1970s and 80s were Olivia Newton-John’s prime years. She starred in Grease which was one of the most successful musicals of all time. She continues to tour the world today performing her hits like “Physical”. Let’s just hope she never sings “I Think You Might Like It” ever again.

Barbra Streisand

Barbra Streisand was the voice of the 70s. Not only did she star in classic movies like The Way We Were and A Star Is Born but she also won a barrel of Grammy’s for her music. Later on in her career she directed hits like The Prince of Tides and The Mirror Has Two Faces.

Goldie Hawn

In 1969 Goldie Hawn won an Oscar for her performance in Cactus Flower. It gave her enough confidence to hit the ground running in the 1970s and she dominated the silver screen for the next four decades. Her most notable performances are in Death Becomes Her, First Wives Club and The Banger Sisters.

Diane Keaton

Most notably known for her role as Kay in The Godfather trilogy and playing Annie Hall for which she won a Golden Globe, Oscar and BAFTA. Diane Keaton defies the odds of ageism in Hollywood with her lead romantic comedy role in Something’s Gotta Give.

Ellen Burstyn

Ellen Burstyn starred in one of the most critically acclaimed horrors of all time, The Exorcist. After her nightmarish ordeal in the film she went on to star in her Oscar-winning role of Alice in Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore. In later years it was thought she was robbed of another Oscar for her performance in Requiem For a Dream.

Sissy Spacek

Sissy Spacek played Carrie in the 1973 film of the same name. The epic portrayal of the scorned 17-year-old who ends up with pig’s blood on her prom dress earned Spacek an Oscar nomination. She would go on to win for her role as real-life Loretta Lynn in Coal Miner’s Daughter. She has continued to work throughout the years and is picked to star alongside Meryl Streep in the remake of Whatever Happened To Baby Jane?

Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne has hinted that his reality show The Osbournes could return to TV after his final tour “No More Tours 2.”

Before the Kardashians, the Osbournes were the First Family of reality TV.

After 50 years of touring, Osbourne will end his long run on the road, which would give him time to focus on a TV show once again.

Dolly Parton

Dolly Parton

She works from 9-to-5 on her looks so she’s doing OK for a 69-years-old.

But Dolly Parton has put any doubt about her sexual orientation to rest in a new interview on Nightline.

The 66-year-old, who has been married for 46 years to Carl Thomas Dean, says that she is not having a top secret liaison with her best pal.

Blake Lively

This ‘Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants’ actress had a little bit of work done on her nose. The results are so subtle they’re easy to miss. In this case, why bother having it done to begin with?

Liza Minnelli

Daughter of the famous and beloved actress Judy Garland, Liza had a quirky beauty all her own. But her drastically altered appearance at the 2014 Oscars made her almost unrecognizable. It’s hard to think that just natural aging could be responsible for so drastic a change.

Rose McGowan

This dark-haired beauty claimed she needed work done after a car accident resulted in a serious cut beneath one eye. However, she appears to have had much more than a simple repair done, at least as far as her cheeks look.

Kathy Griffin

The comedienne and actress has had a fair amount of work done on her face and body, including a nose job, liposuction, and brow work since the late 90s. Like Joan Rivers, Kathy Griffin has been very frank about her plastic surgery, bucking the traditional Hollywood idea that denial means they magically didn’t have work done. Sadly, it seems the near-fatal liposuction complications she suffered didn’t deter her from getting more work done.

Jada Pinkett Smith

The wife of Will Smith and star of films like ‘The Matrix Reloaded’, Pinkett Smith appears to have had some work done on her cheeks. Recent photos show either implants or fillers giving her an even more defined facial structure.
